1) Booking & service fee
Schedule an appointment on via our website. A booking fee of GHC600 towards your consultation will be made to proceed. Note: GHC400.00 of your fees goes towards your final order and GHC200.00 is a non – refundable service fee for your consultation.
2) Consultation
Consultation will be done via video call or at an agreed location with our creative director
3) Quote
A quote for your order will be prepared and sent to you after your consultation. A minimum of 70% of your invoice amount will be required and the balance to be paid on the first fitting or on the agreed time.
4) Selection
Three sketches will be made (after the consultation session) of which you are required to make a selection. You can make changes to help us to get the final sketch
5) Fit session
After you have confirmed your final selection, you are required to have a maximum of two fit session with us.
6) Service duration
Custom orders have a duration of 3 – 4 weeks and cannot be returned.
